All attendees must make the registration. At least one author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory Registration. Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the Proceedings / Journals.

Important Notes
Early Bird Registration includes 20% discount on the actual registration fee. Any registration beyond the Earlybird registration deadline will be actual registration rate.
One regular registration can cover a paper within SIX pages, including all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the paper
The Registration fee doesn't includes Accommodation, Travel, Lunch, Refreshments or Parking. This conference is BYOC concept.
All the registration fees quoted above are excluding the Taxes (22.75%).
Refunds: 25% of the Registration Fee + Administrative fee of 50 EUR / 50 GBP will be charged for cancellations of any reasons before 30 days of the event. No refund after 30 days or post the conference.
